Lead UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of user-centered design solutions that drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and conceptualize a UI/UX design strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into elegant UI/UX designs.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications used in laboratory, manufacturing, and enterprise environments.
  • Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements to ensure consistency with branding, design systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with backend developers, data scientists, and automation teams to integrate UI with APIs, RPA bots, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Design banners, communications, newsletters, systems, report design layouts, and website redesigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in R&D.
  • Experience in web programming, JavaScript, React/Angular.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of web and application design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.
