Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our user experience (UX) design process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design and excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.

The UX Design Team Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end UX design strategies that align with our business objectives. This includes conducting research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure feasible and user-centered solutions.

Additionally, the UX Design Team Lead will be responsible for defining and maintaining information architecture and UX documentation. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design
  • A strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience
