Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our team.

  • This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through the development and execution of manual and automated tests.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, excellent communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning: Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and design specifications.
  • Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the software meets business and functional requirements.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not affect existing functionality.
  • Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • CI/CD Pipeline: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality assurance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and provide feedback.
  • Project Planning: Participate in project planning and sprint activities to provide QA input and effort estimates.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the QA process and recommend solutions.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in software testing.
