Job Responsibilities
  • Owning a suite of integrated, intelligent safety solutions for drivers, fleets and partners.
  • Driving our overall Safety product to its next stage of growth.
  • Enhancing our product or exploring new frontiers of growth.
  • Mentoring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional product outcomes.
  • Navigating the technical complexities of the product, encompassing software, hardware, AI, and data domains.
  • Partnering with business leaders from various stakeholder teams on strategy formulation and execution, vision and product roadmap development.
  • Engaging customers to understand their needs and translate that into solutions that help them achieve more with our platform.
  • Building capabilities that turn our customers into loyal advocates.
  • Conducting market research to inform feature prioritization.
  • Collaborating with go-to-market teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to measure product launch success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management; specifically with B2B customers.
  • High customer empathy, with a desire to understand our customers' perspectives.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercially successful software products.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Humble, kind, and open to continuous learning.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote/offshore teams.
