Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our corporate travel arrangements.

This role involves coordinating domestic and international travel bookings, maintaining records of all bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings, and liaising with travel agents and vendors to ensure cost-effective services.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with travel booking platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline; a diploma in Travel and Tourism is beneficial.
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate travel or a travel agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, management, and guests.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings according to company policies.
  • Maintain records of all bookings, cancellations, and re-schedulings.
  • Liaise with travel agents and vendors to ensure cost-effective services.
  • Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and foreign exchange as required.
  • Track travel expenses and submit reports to the management.
  • Ensure travelers have necessary documents and itineraries.
  • Provide assistance during emergency situations or last-minute changes.
