AI Research Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI research consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on large-scale user engagement predictive models and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in deep learning, natural language processing, and strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques. A good understanding of handling large datasets with SQL and proficiency in Python and popular deep learning frameworks are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and train large-scale predictive models to analyze user behavior patterns and predict their likelihood of leaving the platform.
  • Build causal inference-based intervention models to retain users and improve their overall experience.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of models leveraging pre-trained LLMs.
  • Work closely with other research scientists, engineers, and product teams to foster a collaborative environment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning, including conceptual understanding and practical experience.
  • Good understanding of handling large-scale datasets with SQL.
  • Understanding of current state-of-the-art machine learning literature.
  • Prior experience in developing large-scale prediction and reasoning models.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in LLMs (fine-tuning, training, and using LLMs).
  • Proficiency in Python and one or more popular deep learning frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • 0-1 year of work experience in building and deploying large-scale predictive models in production.
  • 0-1 year of work experience in LLM/NLP projects within a start-up environment.
  • Good publication record with publications in major machine learning conferences.
