IT System Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and user account lifecycle.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications.
  • Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.
  • Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for tender filing, compliance, and digital growth.
  • Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and enabling business continuity.
  • Document IT processes (change management, incident response, disaster recovery) in line with ISO and ITIL frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration.
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS).
  • Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support.
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into AI and automation domains.
  • Stable employees with long term association with company preferred.
