We're seeking an experienced SRE to deliver actionable insights from large-scale data in real-time. This senior-level position requires collaboration with product teams and DevOps to design robust cloud infrastructure, efficient monitoring, and high-availability mitigations.

Key Objectives:

  • Design and implement scalable platform infrastructure and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain production environment health, taking proactive measures to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Measure and optimize system performance, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Enhance the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our software solutions.
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple distributed software applications.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of software industry experience, with at least 4 years in an SRE capacity.
  • Ability to design cloud infrastructure on AWS for high availability, scalability, resilience, reliability, and performance.
  • Expertise in automating infrastructure deployment via Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with container management technology like Docker, Kubernetes, Yarn, ECS, EKS.
  • Familiarity with monitoring infrastructure and visualization tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems and performance bottlenecks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Certification in one or more AWS areas: SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect.
