Job Description

\

This role involves analyzing and resolving data discrepancies across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The ideal candidate will have experience with fund administration, legal entity management, and financial services operations.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Perform regular reconciliations and validations between all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems.\
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.\
  • Implement quality control measures to prevent data inconsistencies.\
  • Execute fund structure setup for alternative investments.\
  • Organize and maintain legal entity documentation for Alternative investments.\
  • Support fund lifecycle management from inception through wind-down.\
  • Develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation.\
  • Lead process reengineering initiatives, starting with Alternatives business and expanding to non-Alternatives operations.\
  • Create and update standard operating procedures for entity management processes.\
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.\
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex entity management issues.\
  • Exposure to diverse fund structures and investment strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.\
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.\
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).\
  • Proficiency with Diligent Entities platform.\
  • Experience with fund administration systems (eFront, PE AUM Portal, or similar platforms).\
  • Advanced Excel skills and database management experience.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
