Project Coordinator Role

The Project Coordinator is part of the Delivery Management practice within our organization. The team's key objectives are:

  • Ensuring successful and consistent delivery of software solutions to customers across various industries.
  • Effectively managing projects by securing committed outcomes and maintaining healthy margins.
  • Implementing effective change management to secure additional revenue for the organization.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the growth of our Services practice, implementing best practices and new methodologies, and delivering projects as per agreed scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring higher revenue and maintaining healthy margins for the organization.

Our Project Coordinators manage a diverse portfolio of customers and projects with varying sizes, complexities, industry domains, and use cases across geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Successful project implementation using project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Manage a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal and external).
  • Good understanding of software products to converse with clients confidently.
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms and manage projects according to agreed terms and conditions.
  • Support senior leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.
  • Adhere to Governance and Project Reporting using project management tools.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of working experience.
  • 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience.
  • Experience in reputable organizations, including banks, system integrators, product companies, and software organizations.
  • Software implementation experience in project management and technical delivery management.
  • Delivered end-to-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
  • Experience in delivering cloud-based implementations and On-Perm solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%).

  • Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
  • Highly collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams spread across geographies, departments, and organizations (clients and partners).
