SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Expert

We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver high-quality support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments under RISE and GROW. The focus will be on Incident and Service Request Management, including small-scale change implementation across key SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud systems under RISE and GROW.
  • Manage Incidents and Service Requests, including investigation, resolution, and communication with business stakeholders.
  • Execute minor change requests and small-scale enhancements with the help of technical teams.
  • Perform user administration tasks: user creation, deactivation, and permission assignments.
  • Manage transport imports in the Public Cloud landscape.
  • Support and maintain SAP modules:
  • FI/CO
  • MM/SD
  • SD/WM
  • PP/SD/MM
  • MM/WM including 24/7 on-call support.
  • Document solutions and contribute to a knowledge base for efficient recurring issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP programs.
  • Expertise in at least 2 of the listed modules, with working knowledge of the remaining.
  • Strong familiarity with SAP Public Cloud support processes including Incident/Request/Change Management.
  • Hands on experience with transport management and user/authorization handling in the public cloud.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation (specific to WM).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, and other SAP support tools.
