Job Title: SAP Security Specialist

SAP Security specialists are in high demand due to the increasing complexity of enterprise systems and growing need for robust security solutions.

We are seeking an experienced security professional to join our dynamic team as a SAP Security & GRC Consultant. This role demands deep expertise in SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) across implementation, support, and upgrade projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control, with a strong understanding of Role Design/Redesign for S/4HANA and ECC systems. Experience with SAP GRC configuration and customization is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in SAP Security and GRC projects including implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.
  • Design, build, and maintain roles and authorizations in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
  • Configure and administer GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.
  • Perform SoD risk analysis and remediation in coordination with business and audit teams.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align security solutions with business needs.
  • Conduct periodic role reviews, user access reviews, and provide audit support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and ensure compliance with security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control.
  • Expertise in Role Design/Redesign for S/4HANA and ECC systems.
  • Experience with SAP GRC configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of SoD, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with integrations to non-SAP systems and cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
