Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Review & Compliance
  • Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments.
  • Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support
  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.

Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Knowledge/Skills:
  • Good understanding of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Prior experience supporting U.S. federal contracts in an offshore/outsourcing environment is an asset.

Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance restrictions is beneficial.

Exposure to proposal compliance reviews for government bids is an advantage.
