Job Opportunity: Associate Project Manager

About the Role:

As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a crucial part in overseeing projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break down projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities to drive project success.
  • Oversee project procurement management to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and drive project momentum.
  • Utilize tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control principles.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
