Job Description

We are looking for a sharp generalist who can lead across various aspects of our business, including operations, product development, growth strategies, and execution. You will own critical projects end-to-end, turn ideas into tangible outcomes, and build systems that ensure smooth functioning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of key areas—operations, strategy, product development, growth, and more.
  • Transforming vague concepts into actionable features, campaigns, or solutions.
  • Crafting order from chaos—establishing processes, priorities, and systems where none existed.
  • Identifying what's broken (or missing) and implementing fixes, then automating tasks.
  • Maintaining alignment among team members—facilitating standups, documenting procedures, and ensuring collective direction.
  • Taking on diverse tasks with equal enthusiasm—no project too big, no task too small.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a startup environment or similar setting, preferably in operations, product development, growth, or other dynamic fields.
  • Able to act independently without constant supervision.
  • Favor action over indecision—get to the point and get things done.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity—make decisions based on available information.
  • A generalist mindset—enjoy working on diverse tasks and excelling at them.
  • Predisposed to creation over maintenance.
