Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team.

This is a critical role that involves processing, auditing, and reconciling payroll data for our restaurant team members at assigned locations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service, confidentiality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and review payroll data on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payroll transactions.
  • Provide timely responses to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Assist with research and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly structured team environment.
