As a Strategic Process Improvement Lead, you will play a key role in driving business excellence by implementing lean methods to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business sense and be a fast learner with high discipline. They will possess strong facilitation skills, analytical techniques, and interpersonal, leadership, and presentation & communication skills.

This position works closely with global teams to develop annual lean transformation plans based on value stream maps, strategy deployment objectives, and lean assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate groups and individuals to identify quality improvement projects, focusing on key business processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate with champion and steering committee teams on project progress and implement best practices/WCM Practices.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance as a Six Sigma coach to Green Belts, Process Owners, and Team Members in statistics, change management, and process design strategies.
  • Gather and analyze data to monitor project progress, ensuring timelines are met, and guide the Operations team to minimize variability through process capability index usage.
  • Motivate team members to participate effectively in improvement activities and reward high performers each month.

Requirements:

  • Four to seven years of experience, with three or more years of LEAN & Six Sigma experience and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Technical knowledge of lean principles, tools, and techniques.
