Job Title: Strategic Affairs Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and media representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Advocacy & Influence: Develop and maintain regular interactions with government officials to ensure a favorable policy environment for operations.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Monitor and ensure adherence to environmental clearances, labor law compliance, land use permissions, and industrial licensing requirements.
  • Crisis Management & Reputation Protection: Develop and execute crisis communication protocols; serve as primary spokesperson during sensitive situations.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Track policy developments affecting the steel/manufacturing sector; prepare position papers and advocacy strategies.
  • Community Relations & CSR Integration: Lead land acquisition processes, liaison with revenue officials, and coordinate with legal teams on property-related matters.
Skill Requirements
  • Engage with government and industry leaders to influence policy and advance business goals.
  • Handle media during crises and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Have deep knowledge of land procurement, labor standards, and the socio-political landscape of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Develop and execute data-driven public affairs strategies.
  • Lead a team and influence stakeholders within a complex, matrix organization.
Desirable Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
