Job Description:

We seek a seasoned Product Security Strategist to lead a dynamic team focused on developing and implementing comprehensive security solutions for cardiac medical devices.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities to drive product security initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster collaboration across various teams.

  • Develop and implement product security strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee vulnerability identification and remediation, ensuring timely and effective incident response.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers and cybersecurity professionals dedicated to product security for cardiac medical devices.
  2. Execute a comprehensive product security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with global teams (R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs) to integrate security practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum 15+ years of experience in engineering or cybersecurity roles.
  3. Proven expertise in product security, particularly in medical device or other highly regulated industries.
  4. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management processes, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.
