About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory bodies. This includes monitoring changes in company law and ensuring compliance with corporate governance guidelines, listing rules, and other regulatory requirements.
- Key responsibilities include liaising with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Reserve Bank, and other relevant organizations to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Preparation and Filing: Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory authorities.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor changes in company law and ensure compliance with corporate governance guidelines, listing rules, and other regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, law, or finance.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
