  • Key Responsibilities:

Deal Evaluation / Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence of land records (title, deeds) and verify if there are any cases against it as per the checklist. Drafting of agreements: Create various legal documents like Conveyance Deed, Agreement for Sale, Development Agreement, Term sheet, General Power of Attorney (GPA), Affidavits, Indemnity, Bank Guarantees, Service/Sales agreements, etc.

RERA, compliance, Society/Association formation: Comply with RERA Act regulations, form Societies/Condominiums, and register projects under RERA Act Compliance (corporate filings, disclosures).

Litigation/dispute management: Oversee all litigation matters and legal proceedings for the organization.
