Windows Operating Systems Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Desktop Support Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our clients' work environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in desktop support, with a strong background in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications. Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and other network administration tools is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Administering Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure
- Managing incident and service request management processes to ensure timely resolution of user issues
- Utilizing Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
- Handling grant application/drive/folder access requests and ensuring proper permissions are granted according to security policies
- Administering user accounts in Active Directory, including adding/removing users from groups and managing calendar access and delegation
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
