Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Prohed, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients and opportunities across various sectors. You will execute business development through networking, cold calling, references, and attending meetings and conferences.

You will design and deliver pitches and media plans to prospective clients for digital mandates by understanding their business objectives, strategy, and budget. You will also work on smoothening the initial client onboarding process by working along with the project allocated team and the client.

This role requires prior experience in Digital Marketing and understanding channels like Google and Social Media platforms, as well as analytic tools. Strong solutioning, negotiating, and pitching skills are essential. You must be able to exert influence and drive initiatives across client organizations.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and 2-4 years of relevant agency experience is preferred.
