SEO Business Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic growth and improve online presence.

  • To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will develop comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • The candidate will conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • They will optimize on-page elements including meta tags, titles, descriptions, and content.
  • A key aspect of the job will be to develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and page rankings.
  • The chosen candidate will monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • They will stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • The candidate will collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content.
  • Additionally, they will conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to implement necessary changes.
  • The successful candidate will track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO performance.
  • They will provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Finally, they will manage and mentor junior SEO specialists if applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate should have proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
  • They should possess in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights are essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.
  • The candidate should be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in backlinking SEO and off-page creation is also desirable.
