Job Summary:

As a seasoned SEO expert, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies for enterprise-level businesses. Your expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, coupled with a deep understanding of analytics, will drive actionable insights and optimize performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and managing expectations to drive results.
  • SEO Strategy & Planning: Design and implement advanced SEO strategies that align with business goals, particularly in the enterprise and e-commerce sectors.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and content creators, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Tech SEO Expertise: Lead technical SEO audits, diagnosing crawl issues, improving site speed, and optimizing for mobile and accessibility standards.
  • On-Page & Off-Page SEO Mastery: Oversee keyword research, metadata optimization, content structure improvements, and link-building campaigns to align with short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Performance Analytics: Leverage data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other advanced tools to analyze performance patterns and identify opportunities for growth.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a significant focus on enterprise and e-commerce SEO strategies, technical SEO, and content optimization.
  • Extensive experience working directly with clients, understanding their goals, and translating them into effective SEO strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring teams of SEO professionals, fostering a positive, productive environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools, with a data-driven mindset to derive insights and form strategies.
