
Sales Team Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a strong background in FMCG retail sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities- Meet Sales Objectives:
- Implement strategies to achieve product-wise and TSI/TTY-wise value and volume sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
- Manage the Range Selling Initiative (RSI) module to enhance range selling targets.
- Dealer Management:
- Monitor dealer performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
- Increase reach and range of dealers in clusters as per target/module.
- People Management:
- Identify talent gaps within the territory and fill them within stipulated time with Regional HR's assistance.
- Provide induction, refresher training(s) to reports as per laid down modules.
- Scheme Execution:
- Develop and execute schemes in the market that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with teams to provide qualitative inputs for effective scheme design.
- Insights & Feedback:
- Collect and convey feedback from customers and internal stakeholders on all aspects of business.
- Competition Fighting:
- Monitor competition activities in various markets such as new offerings, pricing, consumer offers, ATL & BTL activities.
- Implementation of identified initiatives for competition fighting strategy.
- Joint working with Field Marketing:
- Support RBDM in executing cluster BTL objectives.
- Participate in Market development meets, mega meets, and end-user contact programs.
- Inventory Management:
- Responsible for liquidating undesirable inventory within stipulated timelines.
