As a Retail Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience to our customers. Your primary goal is to ensure that every customer interaction meets our high standards of quality and service.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can manage our retail experience centre efficiently. This includes maintaining 100% adherence to our operational procedures, executing stock and sample audits in a timely manner, and ensuring high-level housekeeping and hygiene standards in the showroom.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to attend to customer queries and complaints, provide timely reporting to the operations team, and support sales in order closure. You will work closely with your team to maintain visual merchandising standards and handle client interactions, including showroom walk-throughs.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of six months to one year of experience in retail store management, with a strong background in store operations and procedure management. Experience in the furniture and home decor industry is preferred. You must be well-versed in MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, and other essential tools.
