Job Title: Course Facilitator - IBBI Examination

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a Course Facilitator for the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) Examination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs for IBBI examination candidates with high-quality content and engaging presentation style.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive course materials, study resources, and assessments that meet IBBI guidelines and examination standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the training program, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Conduct mock exams, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes to evaluate candidate performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course content and ensure it remains relevant and effective.
  • Evaluate candidate performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, or related fields with a strong understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and IBBI regulations.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful training programs and teaching courses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in insolvency or bankruptcy with a strong focus on training and development.
  • Experience in exam preparation and training programs with a proven ability to motivate and engage learners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
