As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of eLearning courses. This includes verifying that audio production meets acceptable standards, confirming that voice talent reads storyboards accurately, and checking for proper formatting and synchronization of text transcripts with audio.

You will also be responsible for reviewing graphics and visuals to ensure they meet standards and conform to approved storyboards, as well as checking for spelling and grammar errors. Additionally, you will test interactivities such as knowledge checks, activities, and quizzes to ensure they function properly.

In this role, you will work with various browsers to test courses, including IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. You will also test player menu items, such as glossary, search, seek bar, and volume control, to confirm they function as desired.

Furthermore, you will perform LMS testing to ensure course uploads without errors, assign courses to test users, and verify that courses display correctly in user accounts. Your tasks will also include restarting courses and confirming that LMS records are accurate.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain consistent and committed to tasks assigned. A strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office is also required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with web-based database search and retrieval techniques is also beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, with at least 2 years of experience in Quality Analysis. They will be able to balance multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and maintain data confidentiality and security.
