Job Summary
\Our organization seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and workflow automation.
\The ideal candidate will design and maintain dashboards for sales pipeline, funnel metrics, and campaign performance, while streamlining MQL, SQL, and Deal processes to ensure timely lead assignment and service level agreement adherence.
\A successful candidate will set up and monitor UTM-based tracking for marketing campaigns, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align data and messaging, and automate reporting and manual tasks via n8n, Zapier, etc.
\The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with expertise in Zoho CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools, as well as knowledge of outbound/email marketing tools and automation platforms.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems.
