Senior Environmental Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with EH&S business function and IT teams to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards.
- Manage EH&S-related projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to delivery, utilizing project management methodologies.
- Perform business analysis, translating EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions, ensuring stability, compliance, and usability.
- Act as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, overseeing incident, request, and release management activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
- Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S).
- Experience in project management and ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management).
- Hands-on experience with service and vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
- Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems.
Preferred:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules.
- ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications.
- Experience in integration of EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
