Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of equivalent work experience in project management, business analysis, or system design
  • Proven hands-on experience as a software engineer with a focus on NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, ExpressJS
  • Experience with Mocha, CouchDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes in Azure platform is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Billing-system-wide functional requirements that facilitate accurate data gathering, effective complaint handling, regular monitoring, assisting product owners to understand their needs, solution engineering, relationship building with users, analytical reasoning and sense-making, situation analysis and continuous learning
  • A proven track record of adapting quickly to new tools and technologies, strong customer service skills, high-quality technical documentation, empathy, agility, Scrum framework, product owner collaboration, multi-skilled solutions-based process, prioritization of issues under pressure, proven efficiency improvement methods
  • Ability to work on large-scale enterprise systems development and integration projects
