Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our projects. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee that all deliverables meet client and company standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Review Spanish-language content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Familiarize yourself with client-provided style guides, glossaries, formatting rules, and other linguistic requirements.
  • Act as the main gatekeeper between client quality expectations and final project outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with new software tools and workflow processes to maintain efficiency.
  • Identify issues and escalate them when necessary to protect quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot independently to resolve problems and prevent project delays.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain high-quality work under pressure, even during time-sensitive situations.
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend process improvements for better outcomes.
