Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to identify and resolve quality issues, develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures, conduct regular quality inspections and audits, collaborate with production and development teams, create and execute test plans, perform functional, regression, and performance testing, document and report defects, track their resolution, and ensure product or service quality meets predefined criteria.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
  • Collaborate with production and development teams.
  • Create and execute test plans.
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Document and report defects.
  • Track defect resolution.
  • Ensure product/service quality meets predefined criteria.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Quality Control Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality control, assurance, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
