Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to spearhead our Accounts Receivable (AR) process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

This role requires exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders/Supervisors to review quality results and identify trends.
  • Highlight potential issues in operations to management and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to new hires and team members experiencing difficulties with errors.
  • Maintain current knowledge of billing requirements and system practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expert-level knowledge in Medical Billing, RCM, and AR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Internet/Web applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
