This is an opportunity to lead and drive transformative projects in the field of pharmaceutical analytics, utilizing your expertise in data science and machine learning to make a positive impact.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. They will have a deep understanding of pharma commercial analytics and be able to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Advanced Analytics Projects: Conduct advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges.
  • Bridge Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Specializations:
  • Patient Analytics: Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
  • Brand Performance Analytics: Brand performance analytics and reporting.
  • Marketing Analytics: Marketing analytics (preferred).
  • Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands.
  • Data Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Data Sources: Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.
  • Extensive Experience with Pharmaceutical Datasets: Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Qualitative Attributes:
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership.
