Job Title: Innovation/Service Designer

Location:

Bangalore, Hybrid

Reporting to the Director of Innovation, we are seeking a profile with a design background and sensitivity to user-centered design methodologies such as User Research, Systems Design, and Service Design.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering innovation programs for corporate clients, conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating service design workshops, and identifying opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value.

Required skills and qualifications include a minimum 2 years of experience in the innovation space, master user-centered design methodologies at every step of the service design process, strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions, exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies, understanding technological trends and challenges, and being a master of PPT / Keynote presentations.
