SQL Server Database Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a leading organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL Server architecture, SSMS, and SQL Agent. They will also have practical experience working with change data capture (CDC) using Debezium/Kafka for real-time data sync and basic knowledge on Always On Availability Groups.

In addition, the candidate will be proficient in performance/query tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs. They will have a strong knowledge of backup/restore strategies, recovery models, and database maintenance on production support.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with GitLab/GitHub and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, are essential for this role.

We require the candidate to be willing to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
