This critical position plays a vital part in safeguarding an organization's data, systems, and technology infrastructure from emerging cyber threats and security risks.

The Director of Infosecurity works closely with senior leadership to develop and execute a robust security framework that addresses potential vulnerabilities and ensures regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and Enforcing Security Policies
  • RFP and Vendor Assessment Management
  • Leading the Organization's Information Security Program
  • Customer Engagement and Communication
  • Collaborating with Leadership and Business Units
  • Applying Policy-Driven Approach
  • Ensuring Adherence to Security Frameworks and Regulatory Requirements
  • Assisting in Internal and External Security Audits

The ideal candidate possesses at least 14+ years of progressive experience in information security roles, including leadership positions. A strong foundation in information security concepts, protocols, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 is essential.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for influencing executive decision-making. Experience in risk management, security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management is also required. Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements is necessary for success in this role.

This leader will be responsible for building trust with customers by addressing security-related questions and maintaining transparency in security processes. Project management skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy are also highly valued in this position.
