Visual Director

We are seeking a seasoned Visual Director to spearhead our creative efforts and shape the visual identity of our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a refined aesthetic sense and be able to craft visuals that convey simplicity, elegance, and sophistication.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that align with our brand's strategy and tone. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior designers are essential for success in this role.

  • Develop visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms that reflect our brand values.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful visual identities.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure they meet the highest standards of minimalistic and thoughtful design.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics or video editing.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
