At Emeritus, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content that is both engaging and accessible. As a seasoned Graphic Designer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our organization.

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will oversee the development of creative and visually appealing designs for educational content. Your expertise will ensure that all graphics meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

You will lead a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain exceptional standards. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, website graphics, and educational resources.

As a trusted expert in your field, you will conduct quality checks on outsourced graphics to guarantee they meet company standards. You will also develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines.

Your expertise in AI-related graphics design tools, especially with videos, audios & Graphics, will be instrumental in driving innovation in the field of graphics. By incorporating cutting-edge design trends and AI technologies, you will create immersive and engaging visual content tailored to enhance learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, coupled with at least 12 years of experience in graphic design, including 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role. A strong portfolio showcasing various design projects and styles in the Edtech industry is essential.

Key qualifications include proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding. Experience managing external vendors and outsourcing graphic projects, as well as strong project management skills, are also crucial.

A keen eye for quality, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with motion graphics and video editing are highly desirable. Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques, along with strong skills in visualizing and creating educational content, are also essential.
