Job Role

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth IT operations for our globally distributed organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, supporting employees with hardware/software needs, and maintaining secure access to company systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • System Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Network & Security Management: Implement IT security best practices to protect sensitive data and perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.
  • Process Improvement & Global Collaboration: Suggest and implement improvements in IT processes and workflows and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support remote deployments and field devices when needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace / Office 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
