We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Matrix System Architect. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and supporting our Matrixx, IN/Billing system. You will play a key role in understanding client requirements, business models, and resolving technical issues related to production systems.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and want to make a real impact. As a Matrix System Architect, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and Supporting Matrixx, IN/Billing System: Utilize your deep knowledge of the system to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless operations.
  2. Leading Operations Team: Lead a team of professionals, liaise with onshore/offshore teams, and bridge gaps between departments to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  3. Debugging and Resolving Issues: Employ your analytical skills to debug problems, find root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  4. Participating in User Clarification Sessions: Collaborate with users to clarify new features and roll out updates to the Billing system.
  5. Ensuring Quality Assurance: Take charge of quality assurance for new features, report, manage, and track requirements and functional changes.
Required Skills and Experience
  • MATRIXX OCS - Pricing Configuration: Experience in configuring pricing for new products, bundles, offers, balances, and other relevant areas.
  • MATRIXX Engine Task Processing (API) and Events Processing: Proficiency in processing tasks and events using MATRIXX engine APIs.
  • MATRIXX Channel Server, Publishing Server Network Integration Architecture: In-depth knowledge of managing channel servers, publishing servers, and network integration architecture within MATRIXX.
