Job Title: API Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced API Project Manager to lead our R&D and Peptide-Pharma Business projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager to join our team and drive success in our API business. As an API Project Manager, you will be responsible for achieving project goals within desired timelines, balancing project constraints (scope, time, cost), and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve project goals within desired timelines.
  • Balance project constraints (scope, time, cost).
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain alignment with business objectives (cost, time, quality).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, IPR, Analytical R&D, Ops, Quality, SCM).
  • Comply with cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and relevant regulations.
  • Apply project management concepts and tools to monitor progress effectively.
  • Generate regular MIS reports as agreed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • 9-15 years of experience in program management.
  • B.Tech./M.Tech./ M.Sc./ MBA degree.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  • PMP Certification.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP.
  • Team player with individual contribution ability.
