HR Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values employee growth and development. As the HR Manager, you will lead recruitment efforts, champion employee relations, and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent.

  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  3. Design and deliver engaging orientation programs for new employees, setting them up for success in their roles.

  4. Oversee employee relations, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters open communication and collaboration.

  5. Cultivate a culture of respect, empathy, and trust, addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and fairly.

  6. Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity.

  7. Develop and maintain performance management processes that drive growth, development, and results-oriented cultures.

  8. Identify training and development needs for employees, providing opportunities for skill-building and career advancement.

  9. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  10. Provide guidance on HR-related matters, serving as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike.

  11. Supervise administrative staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM (With Alternate Saturdays & Fixed Sundays Off)

Academic Qualifications: MBA HR

Location: Saket, Delhi
