Role Overview: Marketing Innovator

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the development and growth of our brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building brands from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Lifecycle Management:

• Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to create product roadmaps that drive business results.

• Identify opportunities to optimize product-market fit, profitability, and portfolio expansion.

Consumer Insights & Market Intelligence:

• Conduct market research to gain a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.

• Analyze competitive benchmarking data to inform positioning and messaging strategies.

Creative & Marketing Execution:

• Develop and execute creative campaigns across digital, marketplace, and offline channels.

• Drive brand narratives that resonate with target audiences.

P&L & Forecasting:

• Own category P&L including sales, pricing, discounting, margins, and bottom line.

• Provide accurate forecasts to business finance teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4–6 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Brands in brand management, category management, or digital growth roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first brand building and P&L management.
  • Hands-on exposure to performance marketing, GTM launches, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with dashboards, insights, and financials.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, growth, and creative teams.
