Senior Data Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team in driving business growth and future capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing procedures and policies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to source, screen, and fulfill hiring needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Recruitment Deliverables:
    • Devise sourcing strategy and recruit using multiple channels, including agencies, job boards, referrals, and campaigns.
    • Serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise, collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation to the TA function.
    • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
    • Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners/cross-functional business partners.
  • Process Adherence and Efficiency:
    • Ensure process adherence and develop checks and balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
    • Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
    • Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs within the team and develop appropriate training programs.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in hiring for data management, sharing knowledge with the team.
