Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead MEP Professional to oversee the design, installation and commissioning of MEP systems for mixed-use and hospitality projects.

  • Develop innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP systems
  • Manage MEP budgeting, cost estimation and procurement activities
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the MEP team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications: Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience in the Real Estate industry. A thorough understanding of agreed project outputs, resource management, specific team responsibilities, tracking issues and risks, internal and external communication and escalation.

  • Electrical Design, MEP Design, Costing & Budgeting, Value Engineering, Design Management, Mechanical Design ,Digital Dexterity

Benefits:

Ability to lead a design and independently manage design consultants. Must have delivered MEP design/design management for Hospitality led mixed use development, retail, office etc.

  • With at least one full cycle of experience - Concept till site completion.
  • Experience of coordination with senior management, development authorities, govt agencies and similar stakeholders Must have exhibited design and design coordination skills with various design stakeholders like structure, landscape, traffic, MEP etc - Strong project management skills.

Others:

A demonstrated expertise in implementing sustainable MEP solutions and ability to stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems and incorporate best practices into project designs.
