Senior MEP Project Manager for Semiconductor Facility

We are seeking a seasoned Senior MEP Project Manager to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a state-of-the-art Semiconductor manufacturing facility.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex MEP projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage all MEP activities for the semiconductor project, ensuring seamless coordination with design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing.
  • Implement quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities, ensuring compliance with international codes/standards and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues, leveraging expertise in BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP project management, with a strong background in semiconductor facility operations.
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, including BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
