Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in resolving complex disputes with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer disputes on the dispute resolution platform.
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage dispute communication and assist in case management, navigating complex legal issues with ease.
  • Handle the neutral empanelment process with care and attention to detail.
  • Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence, maintaining accurate records and adhering to deadlines.
  • Locate and define process improvement opportunities, driving innovation and growth within the organization.
  • Collaborate, troubleshoot, and work with other teams to solve challenges, leveraging collective expertise and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in arbitration or contract drafting, with a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
  • LLB graduate with a solid foundation in law and related fields.
  • Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive documents.
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing software (like MS Word), with the ability to create and edit complex documents efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth and development.
